We do not share your information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Business Transfer
If Richard Villa is sold, merged, or its assets are transferred to another party — including assignment to a management company or business entity — subscriber and customer data may be transferred as part of that transaction. In such an event, we will provide reasonable notice to subscribers by email prior to any transfer, and any new party will be required to honor the terms of this Privacy Policy or notify you of any material changes before they take effect.

9. Ticketing & Purchases
When we own the transaction
For tickets, merchandise, VIP access packages, and memberships purchased directly through our website or store, we collect and retain your name, email address, billing address, and purchase history. Payment card processing is handled by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe or PayPal) — we do not store raw card data. Your purchase history may be used to manage your membership, fulfill orders, and send you relevant updates about your purchase.
When a third party owns the transaction
For shows where ticketing is managed by a venue or an external platform (such as Eventbrite or Humanitix), your purchase is subject to that platform's or venue's privacy policy. We may receive limited information from those platforms — such as your name and email — for the purpose of coordinating the event, but we do not control how those platforms collect or store your data. We encourage you to review the relevant platform's privacy policy before completing a purchase.
10. Photos, Video & Likeness
At live events where Richard Villa is performing, photography and video recording may take place for promotional purposes including social media, press materials, and marketing content. By attending a live event, you acknowledge that your likeness may be captured and used in this way.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please make yourself known to event staff at the time of the event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, though we cannot guarantee exclusion from crowd or wide-angle footage.
For content submitted voluntarily by fans (such as competition entries, tagged social posts, or fan videos), we may use, reproduce, and share that content for promotional purposes. Where reasonably practicable, we will credit the original creator.
11. Fan-Submitted & User-Generated Content
Where you voluntarily submit content to us — including competition entries, videos, photographs, written submissions, or social media posts that tag or mention Richard Villa — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and share that content for promotional and marketing purposes. You retain ownership of your original content. We will not sell fan-submitted content to third parties.
12. Third-Party Services
We use the following services that may process your data:
GoHighLevel — our CRM and messaging platform. Stores your contact information and sends Email/SMS on our behalf.
Meta / Facebook Lead Ads — if you opt in through a Meta Lead Ad, your data is collected via Meta's platform before being transferred to our CRM. Meta's Privacy Policy applies to data collected on their platform.
Meta Pixel — our website uses the Meta Pixel, a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Pixel collects data about your activity on our website (such as pages visited and actions taken) and sends it to Meta to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and serve relevant ads to people who have visited our site. This data is processed by Meta in accordance with their Data Policy. You can opt out of Meta's use of this data for ad targeting via your Meta account settings or through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool at optout.aboutads.info.
Payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) — handle payment card data for direct purchases made through our website. We do not store raw card data.
Ticketing platforms (e.g. Eventbrite, Humanitix, or venue-operated systems) — where a third party manages ticketing for an event, their privacy policy governs that transaction.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.
13. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to support site functionality and measure the performance of our advertising. Specifically:

This may include retargeting people who have visited our site but not yet opted in to our list.
Cookies — small text files stored on your device that help our website function and allow us to analyse site traffic and behaviour.
Your choices: You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some parts of our website. To opt out of Meta's ad targeting based on your website activity, visit your Meta account's ad preferences or use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool at optout.aboutads.info.
If you are located in the EU or UK, we will request your consent before placing non-essential tracking cookies on your device in accordance with GDPR requirements.
14. Data Retention

For direct purchases, we retain transaction records for as long as required for accounting, legal, and fulfillment purposes. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before being purged.
15. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. Our CRM and payment platforms use industry-standard encryption and security practices. No electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
